Tracey Forster is a 20-year General Management and classically trained Marketing veteran with a track record of high growth by creating innovative strategies for consumer packaged goods, digital health, medical device and B2B SaaS companies. Throughout her career, she has worked with brands, both big and small, focusing on marketing, growth and go-to-market strategy. She is currently Chief Commercial Officer for Sandstone Diagnostics, Inc. Prior to that, she turned around and sold Sir Richard’s Condom Company. In under a year, she drove sales for the business, increased brand awareness and attracted a private equity firm whom she and the Board eventually sold the company to.
Tracey was also CMO for DPSI, a cloud-based SaaS company (which also had a successful exit in 2014) and held various marketing roles with GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson & Johnson and Estee Lauder. Additionally, she began her career with NY-based ad agencies DDB Needham and Saatchi & Saatchi. Tracey was responsible for creating the “Stick It To Your Snorer” promotion for GlaxoSmithKline’s Breathe Right Nose Strips that won the Silver SABRE Award for “Superior Achievement in Branding and Recognition.” Tracey currently resides in the Bay area with her family and holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Florida.
