Stefano Curti is an officer-level executive with 27 years of experience in personal care, beauty, OTC public companies, as well as in private equity and venture capital, in global president and CEO roles.

Stefano is currently Global President of Markwins Beauty Brands, a global leader in beauty and cosmetics, with a brand portfolio that includes wet n wild®, Physicians Formula®, Black Radiance®, Lip Smacker®, Bonne Bell®, The Color Workshop®, The Color Institute®, and POP®. The company commands a 10+ share in units, and 6-7 share in dollars (US FDM), with sustained growth vastly outpacing the industry. With distribution in over 70,000 doors and 80 countries, Markwins Beauty Brands can be found in the world’s leading retailers including Department, Specialty, Mass, Drug, and Food stores.

Stefano is also Board Member and Senior Advisor for private equity and venture capital firms.

Previously, he was the Global President at Genomma Lab International, responsible for the brand portfolio and financial results of the leading public company in OTC, beauty and personal care in Latin America, and one of the fastest growing in North America, focused on the growth of the Hispanic consumers.

Stefano was also the Global President of Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, and President, CEO and board member at ExploraMed, a Silicon Valley innovation incubator backed by venture capital firm New Enterprise Associates (NEA), where he led the development and commercialization of breakthrough innovation in consumer wellness.

Stefano held various positions at Johnson & Johnson from 1990 to 2012, where he led J&J beauty to market leadership in USA. He was Global President of the Beauty and Baby divisions (Johnson’s Baby, Neutrogena, Aveeno, Clean & Clear, Lubriderm, and many others); President, J&J Consumer USA; General Manager, Neutrogena. He was also Managing Director for J&J in Europe, and Marketing Director, Europe, Africa and Middle East.

Stefano was born in Rome (Italy) from an Italian/French family, naturalized American, and lived and operated in 10 countries across USA, Latin America and Europe.
